"...Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat."

The Strenuous Life by Theodore Roosevelt (1858-1919)

Welcome, feel free to peruse this site, stay a while and visit often.

Finding a therapist may be a difficult thing for some and for others it may come easy.  Seeking assistance for oneself or our family may be daunting.  Making the decision to seek treatment means that you have real concerns...not to worry, who doesn’t?  For the most part no one wants to admit this.  You have taken a big step...don't stop now!

In order to find the "right" therapist one must be willing to make that first contact.  All therapists have different styles and personalities.  I describe myself as easygoing, down to earth, friendly and forthcoming.  I am direct and can meet you wherever you are on life’s' journey.

My core therapeutic strength comes from my love for people!  I have observed that we are all a little funny!  Our time together could be a one time consultation or a series of visits.  You are in the driver seat...I will offer suggestions and recommendations.  You are a true change agent/solution...be assured I will teach, demonstrate and provide supported guidance throughout your journey!

Visit the Professional Portfolio link above, this will allow you to get a sense of my educational background.
